By using Textify Image (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Textify Image converts images and PDFs into Markdown text using OCR. It is provided free of charge and supported by advertising. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the files you upload. We process them only to perform the conversion and do not store them afterward (see our Privacy Policy).
• You are responsible for the files you upload and must have the right to use them. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or confidential that you're not authorized to process.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, bypass its limits or advertising, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

Advertising

The service is funded by ads. Using ad blockers may prevent access, and interfering with the ad or measurement systems is not permitted.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OCR results may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete — verify important output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textify Image and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (e.g. OCR, hosting, advertising, payments) that have their own terms. We're not responsible for those services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll update the "last updated" date above.
