Textify Image ("we", "us") lets you convert images and PDFs into text. This policy explains what we process. We've built the service to collect as little as possible — there are no accounts and we don't store your files or the text we extract.

The files you convert

Files you upload are processed only to perform the conversion you requested, then discarded.
We do not retain your uploaded files or the extracted text after your request is completed, and we do not use your document contents for advertising or to build profiles about you.

Information we collect automatically

We don't require an account. Like most websites, basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device/browser signals, and request logs may be processed to operate, secure, measure, and troubleshoot the service (including analytics that help us understand aggregate traffic).

Cookies, advertising, and similar technologies

Textify Image is free and supported by ads. We use Google advertising services (such as Google AdSense and related Google ad products), which may place and read cookies or use web beacons, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies on your browser to serve, personalize (where allowed), and measure ads, and to detect invalid traffic.

Third parties, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site. Where required, ads default to non-personalized until you consent via our cookie banner.

Tips and payments

If you choose to tip, the payment is handled by a third-party payment provider under its own privacy policy. We don't receive or store your card details.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the service — including for document processing, hosting and infrastructure, advertising (Google ad products), analytics, and payments. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us and as described in their own policies.

Your choices

Use the cookie banner to accept or reject personalized ads.
Opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.
Use your browser settings to clear or block cookies.

Data retention

Uploaded files and their temporary copies are deleted after processing. We do not keep a copy of your documents or extracted text. Technical logs and advertising/analytics data may be retained for a limited period as needed for security, debugging, and legitimate operations.

Children

Textify Image is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International users

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, by us and our providers.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
