What to include
- A clear subject line (for example “Conversion failed on PDF”)
- What you were trying to do, and on which browser or device
- Whether the issue is about the tool, a guide, privacy, or ads
- For bugs: approximate time, file type (image vs PDF), and whether the file was a photo, scan, or screenshot
Please do not email highly sensitive documents (government IDs, medical records, credentials) as attachments. Describe the issue instead, or use a redacted sample. See our privacy checklist.
